How to set an ATS in Maintenance Mode

Maintenance Mode

When maintenance needs to be done on an ATS then the ATS can be set with an Ignore status.  The platform will then ignore the ATS for 4 hours.  During this time the platform will not send any alarms or log any data for that ATS.

How to set an ATS in Maintenance Mode:

  1. While on the ATS Entity Details select the Ignore button and the platform will present “Are you sure?” message.
  2. Click OK and the platform will start a 4:00:00 hour timer.
  3. If the maintenance is done before the timer has expired, then select the button and the platform will clear out the timer and return to normal status.
  4. When the timer expires on its own then the ATS returns to normal status.
