How to run an Alarm History Report

Alarm History Report

Historical Alarm information is available in the Alarm History report.  It can provide Active and Inactive Alarms and Acknowledged Alarm Dates and Cleared Alarm Dates

How to generate an alarm history report:

  1. Select the  reporting icon in the platform header and the platform displays the trending screen.

  1. Select the Alarms tab and the platform displays the Alarm History Report screen.

  1. Enter a Start Date or use the default Start Date.
  2. Enter an End Date or use the default End Date.
  3. If applicable - Select a Site(s), the platform will default if there is one Site listed.
  4. If applicable – Select a System(s), the platform will default if there is one System listed.
  5. Select the Alarm Type(s) or use the Select All option.
  6. Select the Alarm(s) or use the Select all option.
  7. Select the Preview option and the platform will display the report in the report viewer.

  1. To export the report hover over the cloud download icon in the report view header and the platform will display a list of export options.
  2. Select an export option and the platform export the report and displays a message to Open, Save, or Cancel the request.
  3. Select Open and the platform displays the report in the selected export file option.
