How can I hard stop the emergency power supply system?

If
the Aurora Platform application maintains a run engine or test ATS command
beyond the duration of an event, then follow these steps to disconnect the
signal from the application.
1. Power
down any specific ATS or Generator I/O by opening associated DC breaker or
fuse.
2. Power
down any specific gateway tied back to ATS or generator by opening DC breaker
or fuse.
3. The
relay will be de-energized, and the equipment affected will then follow the
normal time out procedures. Generators or ATSs may not immediately return
to normal state. This could take as long as 60 minutes, depending on specific
ATS or generator internal time delays.
4.
Call
Customer Support at 1-888-234-3212 opt 2 before re-energizing the emergency
power supply system equipment. We
will be able to walk you through the steps to get the application and equipment
back to a ready state.
