How to get a Sign In for Blue Pillar Help Center

  1. Simply go to
  2. Click on Sign In
  3. In the Sign In page select Get a password hyperlink (no need to sign up we already have you registered)                                   
  4. In the Password Setup page enter your email address and click submit
  5. As a result, you should receive an email with instructions for resetting your password and signing in.  Here is a sample email.  Ignore ithelp.bluepillar and bluepillardrmetering.zendesk portals that are listed at the bottom are used for internal use only.
  6. Click on the set new password URL in the email and the Blue Pillar Help Center will open with a Change password page
  7. Enter a new password and click on the Change Password button                                    
  8. Blue Pillar Help Center application opens the Blue Pillar Help Center
  9. To see your ticket activity, click on the down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner and select My activities and the Blue Pillar Help Center displays your tickets            
  10. There are two views; My Requests – tickets that you submitted and Requests I’m CC’d on
  11. To view, the ticket activity click on the subject name
